JME Author Guidelines
The Journal of Management Education (JME) is a practitioner-oriented
journal dedicated to enhancing learning and teaching in all areas of
management education. As the premier vehicle for the best ideas
and thinking about management education, JME reflects excellence in the
field as well as a long-standing editorial commitment to growth,
learning, and innovation. We see our primary mission as helping
instructors, in a variety of venues, to enhance the learning experience
of their students. Contributions may be conceptual,
practical, or empirical in nature and are welcomed from any topic area
as long as their primary focus is on learning and teaching issues in
management or organizational studies. JME's AudienceJME's international audience is sophisticated about learning and teaching. All are professionals dedicated to management education—those who see the journal as an opportunity to think more broadly and deeply about the connections between learning and teaching.Our PhilosophyJME has, since its inception, been a place for sharing innovative ideas. It is a high-quality journal that seeks to stay on the cutting edge, offering to our readers well-written papers on topics of interest and importance.
