Need New "Teams in Orgs" Text
Hi!
 
I am using Thompson's "Making the Team" (Pearson Prentice Hall, 2008) for an undergrad state university online course.  I originally selected it, out of dozens, because it is well written and covers all of the major theories and concepts (though she uses idiosyncratic language to label some of the concepts). 
 
However, too many of my students, who are used to practitioner-oriented materials, are just not "getting it," so I would like to find a problem-centered alternative.   
 
If you have taught a similar course, what are you using for a text and what do you see as its strengths and weaknesses?
